Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car/Car Allowance

We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in North Devon, delivering high-quality traditional build homes.

This is a great opportunity to join an established housebuilder with a strong benefits package and a long-term pipeline of work.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the development
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Manage quality, programme and site health & safety
• Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise on site

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding
• Strong knowledge of traditional build construction
• Experience managing residential developments from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
