For our Geneva agency, in the energy services department, we are looking for a: Construction Manager for energy projects Your missions Your goal is to ensure the technical and financial management of energy works, in occupied sites (residential and commercial buildings), while guaranteeing compliance with current standards, deadlines, budget, and safety. Phase and analysis of energy and thermal audits Technical pre-visit to technical locations (roofs, facades, technical shafts, networks, etc.) and necessary discussions with owners and caretakers Monitoring of the site for the proper execution of works according to execution plans and current standards Quality monitoring and compliance with energy performance Writing and distribution of site reports, pre-acceptance & resolution of technical and financial reservations: Monitoring the financial dashboard of the project (forecast vs. final account) Profile of the sought person: You have a similar experience of at least 5 years in a general contracting company or a property management company You have a good knowledge of laws and regulations: SIA / Len / Ren Knowledge of the LDTR is a plus you have solid experience in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage energy projects effectively Your excellent written and verbal communication allows you to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other parties Your ability to quickly identify problems and find effective solutions is essential to maintaining the quality and profitability of our projects We offer: A modern and pleasant working environment, A friendly and dynamic agency within a highly reputable group, Working conditions and social benefits Activity position: 100% Start date: To be agreed / as soon as possible Interested in joining us?
