Site Manager

Site Manager required for a reputable builder developer to oversee high end hotel fit outs in Dublin City / County. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial fit out projects, particularly hotels or office spaces, in Ireland or the UK. This role involves overseeing internal fit outs from a pure construction perspective. With multiple new projects launching, this is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking for long term commercial construction work.

Role

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop, plan, and implement the programme.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and direct employees.
• Ensure resources, compliance, and high H&S, quality, and environmental standards.
• Control variations in consultation with QS.
• Oversee site finishing to a high standard.
• Handle RFIs, technical submittals, and site reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders for efficient project management.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience at Site Management.
• Experience in the finishing stages of Hotel fit outs, Commercial builds, Office units.
• Proven track record of managing high volume high quality projects.
• Good at leading a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Salary

• Basic salary circa €70k €80k+ DOE.
• Bonus.
• Pension Contribution.
• Travel Allowance / Company Van.
