Site Manager (façade) Swansea

Rate: £280-£310 a day

Role

Site Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial build in Swansea that is nearing completion, overseeing a façade package.
Responsible for site health and safety, design and quality of façade install.
Reporting into a Site based Project Manager
Working for a top tier main contractor

Individual

Experience of façade packages working for a main contractor or specialist façade subcontractor on medium to large scale construction projects.
Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
Must be able to commute to Swansea daily
Freelance role with an immediate start

Opportunity to work on further projects with the same company after this 1-2 month freelance role comes to an end.
