Build Site Manager

East Hampshire

Permanent Up to £70,000 Salary + Package

The Role

As Build Site Manager, you will be a No 2 on site reporting to the Project Manager on site. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations
Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Managing site documentation, reporting, and compliance
Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality

About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
Strong track record delivering projects (commercial, industrial, or public sector preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of HSEQ and site compliance
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
