Site Manager

To manage the site operation of projects typically ranging in value from £100k to £ 2.0m

Responsibilities: -

Reporting to the commercial Director

Good computing skills including MS office

Good Verbal and written communication skills

Must be possession of a Valid CSCS card.

Must be a certified First Aider or willing to be trained.

The Day to day running of the site ensuring all procedures and processes are carried out in a safe and cost-efficient manner.

Co-ordinating Sub contractors and suppliers.

Carrying our daily toolbox talks.

Liaising with the works Manager to align delivery with site requirements.

Provide accurate setting out information to the design office.

Plan labour requirements in accordance with deliveries and site conditions.

Attend Site meeting With Main Contractor and Architects

Co-ordinate the booking in of Deliveries.

Organise the hiring, Delivery/collection of Plant as required.

Complete installation defect and snag free.

Weekend /Night working will be required occasionally on certain projects.
