We are currently recruiting for a large residential developer who are working on a project of 1-3 bedroom contemporary new homes that all have high quality finishes from kitchens to bathrooms and also features under floor heating and wood flooring. It is a large development that incorporates various commercial units and will feature a school as well as restaurants and a gym. Duties

• Ensure that sub-contractor queries are cleared up quickly and efficiently
• Make sure all works are completed to the companies quality standard
• Daily meetings with project team

Experience

• Experience of running sites on residential developments
• Ability to read drawings
• SMSTS
• 3 day first aid
