Site Manager - Structural & Concrete Projects Dublin

A leading structural contractor specialising in formwork, reinforced concrete frames and structural works is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

Projects are based across South Dublin and West Dublin, covering high-quality residential, commercial and structural developments.

Duties

• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Oversee reinforced concrete, formwork and structural works
• Manage programme, sequencing and site progress
• Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
• Carry out quality checks and site inspections
• Review RAMS and method statements
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and technical queries
• Maintain site records and progress reports

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager
• Strong background in RC frames, formwork and structural works
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full driving licence
• Right to work in Ireland
