About Your New Employer:
We're partnered with a leading civil engineering company known for their long-standing reputation and excellence in infrastructure projects. With a strong footprint across the West, they deliver a variety of public and private works and invest in staff growth, safety, and collaboration.

About Your New Role:
As Civil Site Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day site management on complex civil works, ensuring all project goals are met with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your focus will include:

  • Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and resources for efficient, timely delivery.
  • Maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities.
  • Coordinating planning, stakeholder communications, and project reporting.
  • Driving problem-solving and performance improvements across the project lifecycle.

What Skills You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
  • Recognised qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable project management and leadership expertise.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction standards and regulations.
  • Full driving licence.
