Role Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements and responsibilities:

• Running a team of up to 30 joiners, dry liners and ceiling fixers with an on-site supervisor
• Ensuring materials are ordered on site to keep men moving
• Ensuring Health and Safety compliance is met and strictly adhered to
• Ensuring all works are carried out to a high-quality standard
• Daily site diaries are 'filled out'
• Project delays are reported to the client
• All quality paperwork, handovers are up to date
• Tradesmen are working in a productive manner
• Ensure all works if commenced can be complete 100%
• Weekly Health and Safety and Quality paperwork is in place
• Follow and report against on site program
• Issue the relevant progress reports
• Issue a 1,4 and 6 week look ahead program on a weekly basis
