Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Site Manager will lead a team of professionals, coordinating activities on-site to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teamwork.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and compliance records.

Experience

Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar position within the construction industry.
Strong management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
