Site Manager

A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major project in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering large-scale, award-winning construction projects across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and site procedures
• Manage site logistics, welfare facilities, and overall site setup
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and compliance with project standards
• Monitor programme progress and report delays or risks
• Review RAMS and ensure all site personnel are inducted and compliant
• Maintain site records, daily diaries, and progress reporting
• Liaise with Project Manager, design team, clients, and stakeholders
• Support commercial and cost control processes through accurate site reporting
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and site presentation

Requirements

• Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
• 5-10+ years' experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Strong site management experience on €10m+ projects
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of H&S, QA/QC, and construction programmes
