Site Manager

Site Manager required for a Monday 24/08 start in Bristol/BS2 - approx. 40 weeks work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a live sheltered accommodation building in the area - you will be working for the main contractor on the project.

This is a live site and, due to the vulnerable nature of some of the tenants, a DBS will be required.

If you do not currently hold a DBS, we can run a check for you.

Applicants will need refurbishment experience, ideally on a live site of some description (care home/sheltered accommodation/hospitals.)

There will be a good deal of involvement from the client on this project (i.e. the people running the sheltered accommodation,) so the successful applicant will have client facing project experience

Applicants will also need the following tickets:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid - Fire Marshall
• Asbestos Awareness

Day rate payable weekly via CIS.
