Site Manager

Our client, a Dublin based specialist contractor with a strong reputation, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee packages in data centre/large commercial projects across the Greater Dublin West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day to day site operations.
• Coordinate with main contractor site teams, trades and suppliers to maintain schedule, quality and cost targets.
• Ensure safety, site housekeeping and compliance with methodology, RAMs and client requirements.
• Monitor labour, materials usage, programme and report progress to senior management.
• Resolve on site issues proactively and ensure hand off of completed works meeting specification.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work with multi trade teams.
• Proven record of delivering high quality finishes to tight programmes.
• Comfortable operating within a large contractor environment on complex projects.
