Site Manager

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Manager to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Duties

• Take full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Conduct progress reviews and ensure accurate reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager.
• Manage site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
• Collaborate with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
• Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.
