Job Title: Electrical Site Manager

Location: Based in Greater Manchester

Projects across commercial and industrial sites

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: Early finish
• Night or late working paid at an enhanced rate

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects. This is a hands on management role, responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

You will be working closely with Tier One contractors on prestigious projects including schools, education facilities, and fire stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical works on site from mobilisation through to final handover
• Oversee installation of containment systems, brackets, and high voltage electrical systems
• Supervise electricians and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with main contractors, clients, and other trades on site
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, site procedures, and RAMS
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
• Monitor programme progress and report on milestones and issues
• Ensure works are delivered within agreed timescales and specifications
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and commissioning paperwork

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• ECS Gold Card (Essential)
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Supervisor
• Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Experience working with Tier One contractors
• Sound knowledge of high voltage systems and containment installations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
