Site Manager

As a Site Manager at Samsic UK, you will play a pivotal role in managing on site operations and supervising teams. You will provide leadership, manage resources, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and be responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Monday to Sunday on rotation, 7:30 to 16:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the site team
• Oversee all aspects of on site operations, ensuring activities are completed on schedule
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements, particularly in relation to health and safety and quality standards
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning and site management
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve goals
• Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive, solution focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with a range of different stakeholders
