Overview

Options Resourcing are working with a leading national homebuilder to recruit a Site Manager for cover work on a housing development in Nether Stowey. Looking for a site manager with demonstrable previous residential experience.

Responsibilities
  • The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
  • Maintaining the program of works
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
  • RAMS and Permit issuing
  • Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • 1st Aid Qualification
