AboutYourNewRoleasaSiteManager:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our clients' construction projects in Westport. This is a large Pharmaceutical Project which consists of the refurbs of new laboratories within the facility.

Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manageday-to-dayoperationsofconstructionsites.
• Coordinateandsuperviseconstructionworkersandsubcontractors.
• Ensurecompliancewithhealthandsafetyregulations.
• Monitorprojectprogressandreportonanyvariances.
• Liaisewithclients,architects,andengineerstoensureprojectspecificationsaremet.
• Maintainaccurateprojectdocumentationandreports.
• Implementqualitycontrolmeasurestoensurehighstandardsofwork.
