• Salary up to €80,000 + DOE

Your role will involve

• Managing the complete day to day life cycle of project from initial stages through to hand-over.
• Agreeing sub-contractors' long term and short-term program and monitoring performance
• Ensuring workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety

Requirements

• 5+ years post-qualification Main Contracting experience
• A good understanding of design drawings
• Excellent working knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards
