• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, forepersons, and site teams

• Work with the Project Manager to plan, sequence, and resource works effectively

• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery

• Minimum 5 years' site management experience on large scale projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification
