Site Manager

We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial build fit out project in Tyneside working for a forward-thinking construction organisation

Role Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations on a commercial fit out
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring H&S standards are met and documentation is up-to-date
Driving the programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
Liaising with project managers and clients to report progress

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and site management skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
Ability to manage multiple trades and keep the project on programme
