We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Senior Site Manager in Luton. This will be on a 100+ unit, timber frame project, where they are looking for a strong Manager to take the project to completion. This person would need to be strong customer facing and quality focused.

As Senior Site Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process. Our client has many traditional and timber frame projects across Bucks/Beds and surrounding areas, with a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:

• Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
• Achieve a high quality product across 100+ timber frame schemes.
• Keep the project on time and in budget.
• Oversee the whole build process.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager:

• Understand the whole build process.
• Worked on traditional build housing projects.
• Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
