Site Manager

With continued growth across the North West, we're seeking a delivery-driven Site Manager to play a key role within our operations team. Working closely with the Operations team and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing site teams and daily supervision of subcontractors for both operations and our teams performing at their very best, whilst working in accordance with the continuation programme.
• Monitoring performance against targets.
• Ensuring Safety and compliance are paramount.
• Establish a best practice where teams are motivated, and excellence is the goal.

What we're looking for:

• A valid CSCS card
• Competent in H&S practice
