Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Sleaford
Project: New Build Care Home
Rate: £260 - £300 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project in Leicester, this will be working on a new build project for a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing snagging lists and quality control
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
