A Site Manager is required to work for a respectable house builder in Wiltshire.

This developer has a proven track record of building luxury new homes all around the UK, which has built up a great reputation with a strong pipeline of work.

The project is working on 2-4 bedroom detached and semi-detached traditional build town houses with a large amount of units.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years' experience as an Assistant Manager.
• 3 years' experience as a Site Manager.
• Degree qualification or similar construction management qualification.
• Construction developer experience.
• A strong track record as an Assistant/Site Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Having worked on large residential schemes.
• Traditional build experience is essential.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.
