Job Description
Overview

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Manager for their new build residential project in Tunbridge Wells.

The project is an rc frame consisting of 60 units, currently at 1st fix stage so we are in need of a Site Manager to fit the apartments out. Runs until April 2026.

Requirements
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant site activities
  • Proven experience of seeing a task through to completion
  • Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar
  • Appropriate CSCS card
  • SMSTS certificate
  • First Aid at Work certificate
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience working on a residential projects (Essential)
Responsibilities
  • H&S Management
  • Review and approve RAMS
  • Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
