Overview

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Civil / Mining Engineering.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a mining environment.
• Management Development Diploma.
• Legal Liability Certification.
• First Aid Certificate.
• MHSA Certificate.
• HIRA.
• Competent A.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and compliance with MHSA and environmental regulations.
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments.
• Track progress and report to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage logistics, equipment, and materials.
• Resolve site-related issues and enforce workplace policies.
• Lead site meetings with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
