Job Title: Site Manager - Finishing Works
Location: Scorton
Duration: 1 Month - Immediate Start

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide 1-month cover on a busy new-build housing development. The primary focus will be overseeing and completing finishing-off works to ensure the site is ready for handover.

This role would suit someone with a joinery background or keen eye for detail, who is confident working alongside supervising trades, ensuring all finishing details are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate finishing trades on site.
• Oversee quality control, snagging, and defect rectification.
• Liaise with subcontractors
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with build schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Finishing Foreman on new-build housing projects.
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid CSCS card and SSSTS and First Aid.
