Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a project in Blackburn. Candidates MUST have experience in complex, high end, fit-out/internal projects and must have minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role.

The Role:

• Reporting to Project Manager
• Supervise daily site activity.
• Ensuring all works are of a high standard.
• Raising RFI's and instructions
• Toolbox talks and inductions.
• Review and update construction phase plan
• Maintain weekly site progress Diary.
• Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree.
• Commercial and main contracting experience.
• Fit out and internals experience.
• Communication skills.
• Construction Background.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid.
