A leading construction contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee fire protection works across multiple sites in the South West. This is a permanent opportunity suited to someone with strong construction experience, ideally within the custodial sector, and a solid understanding of fire protection installations.

Key Responsibilities -

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors carrying out fire protection installations (e.g., fire stopping, cavity barriers, intumescent coatings)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and fire protection standards
• Liaise with clients and produce reports to maintain smooth operations

Requirements -

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Valid CSCS card
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and standards
• Experience in custodial or public sector projects is highly desirable.
• Must be based within 1 hour of Bristol or Cardiff
• DBS clearance will be required (can be arranged)
