The company:
Are you a Site Manager looking for a new permanent role? An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual within the Nottingham and surrounding area to join a well-established and family oriented Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact for clients within the hospitality (food/non-food) sector.

Our client is a dynamic main contractor specialising in hospitality and assisted living projects nationally, delivering high-quality new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs across the UK, with projects typically ranging from £50k to £2m in value.

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background and project history. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing fast-paced projects with tight programmes, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest standard.

Key Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality sector construction
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, refurb, and new build processes
• Proven ability to manage small works projects
• Openness to lodge away as our client operate nationally
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
