This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing live construction sites and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations on a live commercial refurbishment

Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and ensure programme adherence

Uphold health & safety standards and site compliance

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Maintain site documentation and quality assurance procedures

What you'll have:

Proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage RAMS, H&S, and QA processes

Experience working in live environments is highly desirable
