Site Manager

Site Manager Plymouth Up to £62.00/hr

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major infrastructure programme in Plymouth, supporting the delivery of critical secondary facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, regulated environment project within a respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Deliver work packages in line with project programmes and construction milestones.
• Support the Package/Project Manager with planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure effective cost control and risk management on site.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in site/construction management
• Temporary Works Supervisor experience or qualification (TW Coordinator highly desirable)
• Valid CSCS card
• Must have or be eligible for BPSS clearance (willing to obtain SC)

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in Devonport Dockyard
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or similar
• Experience in MOD, Nuclear, or other regulated environments
