The Site Manager job itself where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring productivity, and delivering projects within stipulated timescales. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Compiling and maintaining site-specific HSEQ documentation.
• Establishing sites to meet required standards and maintaining accurate records of work and resources.
• Communicating regularly with the Site Agent and Project Manager regarding site progress.
• Identifying and escalating scope and commercial changes onsite.
• Monitoring weekly site costs and reporting on performance.
• Promoting company policies, values, and initiatives.

To be successful as a Site Manager, you will have:

• A proven track record in safely delivering projects, alongside knowledge of Civil and Structural Projects.
• Experience in overseeing subcontractors and understanding site safety requirements.
• The ability to recognize quality standards and incorporate structural refurbishment techniques.
• A relevant construction qualification or substantial site experience, ideally with SVQ Level 4/5.
• IT proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Project, and Excel.
• SMSTS certification and a valid driving license.
• First Aid qualifications.

In addition to the essentials, if you have experience working in clean water environments or confined spaces, it would be beneficial.
