A Site Manager is required to work for a respectable house builder in Wiltshire.
This developer has a proven track record of building luxury new homes all around the UK, which has built up a great reputation with a strong pipeline of work.
The project is working on 2-4 bedroom detached and semi-detached traditional build town houses with a large amount of units.
Ideal candidate
- 5 years' experience as an Assistant Manager.
- 3 years' experience as a Site Manager.
- You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
- Construction developer experience.
- A strong track record as an Assistant/Site Manager.
- Projects seen through from inception to completion.
- Having worked on large residential schemes.
- Traditional build experience is essential.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
