Site Manager

We are working with a specialist construction, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor, who is looking for a Site Manager for projects in the East of Scotland Region. This role will begin in January, with recruitment currently underway.

As Site Manager, you will oversee projects valued up to £2 million, ensuring quality and safety on construction sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and in-house trades
• Overseeing RAMS and conducting health & safety audits
• Ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion
• Conducting site inductions, tool box talks, and safety reviews
• Preparing weekly progress reports for stakeholders
• Leading weekly subcontractor meetings to address project progress and mitigate delays

Requirements

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driver's license
• Valid SMSTS, Black CSCS card, and First Aid certificate
