Role: Site Manager - Windows and Doors

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the installation of windows and doors on multiple sites.
• Coordinate daily operations and workflows among various teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Resolve any on site issues or conflicts swiftly to minimize delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site management, particularly in windows and doors installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
