A site manager is urgently required for a £8m grade 2 listed building in South West London.

This well respected medium sized contractor is urgently requiring a Site Manager to work on a grade 2 building. This contractor does refurbishment on multiple uses of buildings such as education, leisure, education and many more. There will always be a strong pipeline of work with this contractor as they are growing rapidly and building a strong name for themselves.

Site Manager

• Refurbishment experience
• High-end residential experience
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
