Hours: 37 hours per week
Mon - Thurs 6:30am - 2:30pm
Fri - 6:30am - 2:00pm

The Executive Headteacher and Governors of Chuckery Primary School are looking to recruit a Site Manager, to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the line management of the caretaker and to support the work of the external cleaning team.

We need someone who has:

• The ability and experience to ensure school policies, processes and procedures are always followed and that school site is fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
• The experience and skills to communicate and work effectively with all school staff and external contractors.
• The experience and skills to identify and carry out routine maintenance tasks across the site including basic plumbing, carpentry and decoration.
