Freelance Site Manager, Truro

Rate: £300 - £350 a day PAYE via the agency

Duration: 9 months plus

Role: An exciting freelance Site Manager opportunity working for a well-respected, top tier main contractor on a refurbishment of a healthcare project near Truro working under a site-based Project Manager

Candidate: Candidate will need to have worked on similar size construction projects for recognised main contractors as well as have the following experience:

• A proven track record of overseeing internal trade packages and finishes.
• A proven track record of supporting the construction and completion of similar projects on time and on budget.
• Confident in the use of IT packages and systems
• Self-motivation

Additional requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (minimum Gold card)
• First Aid at Work
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and The Building Safety Act
