Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in site management, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor
• Proven track record delivering residential projects from groundworks to handover
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a positive site culture
• Relevant construction qualification (degree, diploma, or trade background)
