Site Manager - Solar Farm Projects

My client is seeking two experienced Site Managers to oversee the construction and delivery of large-scale Solar Farm projects, each incorporating 132kV compound builds with both civil and electrical elements.
You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved across all phases of the project.
These are major renewable energy infrastructure schemes with long-term programmes and excellent potential for ongoing work across future projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil and electrical works.
- Manage and implement the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Plan.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSEQ procedures.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics in line with the project programme.
- Monitor progress using Microsoft Project and report updates accurately.
- Lead site safety initiatives and ensure a strong safety culture throughout delivery.
- Oversee Temporary Works activities and associated documentation.
- Proven experience managing 132kV compound build projects (civil & electrical).
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator accreditation.
- First Aid (3-day) qualification.
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
