Job Description
Connolly Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead SHDF and retrofit projects across occupied homes, improving energy efficiency and residents' living environments in Bradford and surrounding areas.
You will oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget control while coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners. A valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work and a full UK driving licence are required.
