Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking 2 Site Managers / Assistant Site Managers for ongoing work in Durham. This role involves managing social housing refurbishment projects, including kitchen and bathroom replacements, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The successful candidates will have valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications, strong communication skills, and experience in this field. The position offers £26.00 - £28.00 per hour for 39 hours a week, with immediate start available.
