Site Manager - Social Housing Construction Lead

Bancon Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager to join Bancon Construction and lead affordable social housing projects from start to finish. You will manage site activities, ensure safety, production, profitability and quality targets are met, and collaborate with the project team and Quantity Surveyor on financial status.

The role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work and a managerial CSCS card, with preference for Scaffold Awareness and Temporary Works Supervisor qualifications.
