Site Manager - Safe, Welcoming School Environment

Dorset Council UK, on behalf of Upton Infant & Junior Schools, is seeking a proactive Site Manager to maintain safety, functionality and presentation of the school site. You will coordinate repairs, supervise contractors and ensure health and safety compliance.

The role requires a practical maintenance and DIY skillset, the ability to lead a small team of cleaners, and to manage site security and daily access.
