Site Manager - Residential (Fit-Out) - 70-90k

South Dublin Tier 1 Main Contractor (t/o circa €700m)

Our client is hiring a Site Manager for a residential project in South Dublin. We're looking for someone with strong fit-out experience and a proven track record in managing high-quality residential new build projects.

Requirements:

5+ years' site management experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction & fit-outs
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Relevant construction qualification
