Key Requirements

• Candidate must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Physically fit and have experience working in schools, colleges or educational settings in a similar role.
• Prepared to have an Enhanced DBS processed if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the school site and maintain and secure the buildings.
• Support general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilities.
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to ensure work meets the high standards of the school and that the school remains a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
• Open and close the school site at the designated times and guarantee the site is free from intruders, ensuring safety for pupils, staff and visitors.
