Site Manager / Pegasus Academy

Pegasus Academy is seeking a proactive and experienced Site and Facilities Manager to oversee security, maintenance, and statutory compliance. You will lead the Site team, managing shift planning, training, and work schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely statutory testing, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across school buildings and grounds. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for staff and learners.

Pegasus is located just outside central Dudley, at the intersection of major roads and bus routes. It is the smallest secondary academy in the Trust with over 600 learners.

Since the Trust's creation, there has been significant investment in refurbishment and technology, creating an inspiring environment for learners. Pegasus is one of the fastest improving schools in Dudley, with above-average progress and improved GCSE grades, including Grade 5 or higher in English and Mathematics.

The academy has a vibrant Arts & Design department, strong support for learners with SEND, and a robust safeguarding culture.
